Limited Oceanic Cliff Land
Branding/ Positioning/ Creative Direction/ Designing
We had a rare land parcel perched on an oceanic cliff, where uninterrupted sea views, untouched ecology and absolute privacy already existed as natural luxuries. The challenge was not to exaggerate the land, but to reveal its true rarity and potential.
We did this through two distinctive positioning ideas — Only On This Land and The Priceless Campaign — shifting the narrative from real estate to irreplaceable experiences. By highlighting moments that cannot be replicated or manufactured elsewhere, we transformed the land from a location into a privilege, positioning the project as something that could exist only here, and nowhere else.

Only on This Land Campaign

We had was a rare land parcel in Vengurla on an oceanic cliff. Instead of selling a project on it, we made the land the hero. The On This Land positioning shifted the narrative to extraordinary experiences.
Empty beaches marked only by your footsteps, swimming in a reef steps from home, and sharing the land with nesting turtles — we elevated Vengurla from a location to a once-in-a-lifetime privilege.

Priceless Campaign

The One Percent campaign was built on an unfiltered truth — the top one percent of the world doesn’t live by the same rules as the rest. While 99% navigate red tape, access and aspiration, the one percent moves through private gates, preferential permissions and experiences reserved for the few.
This campaign embraced that reality without dilution, positioning the project as a privilege rather than a product. With its unapologetically exclusive tone, The One Percent made it clear that this was not designed for the ordinary or the many, but for those accustomed to access, advantage and the best the world has to offer.

The need was for a premium mountain property that goes beyond land ownership and delivers a complete lifestyle. The positioning of the campaign builds on the age-old question: “If I had a second chance at life, how would I live it?” The project answers this by offering the opportunity to live slower, healthier, and closer to nature—through branded luxury living amid mountains, spectacular views, curated amenities. For weekends, retirement, or renewal.
